If you fail to sell your item, and the dialogue box is forbidden on the website, close the tab and visit the website again. If it does not help, clean the browser history.
To withdraw your items, press the SEND button during 1 hour before they are sold.
The item value is returned to the user’s balance if it has not been claimed within 1 hour.
Be sure to check your account exchanges on Steam, otherwise our robot will not be able to send you your items. Open your inventory, make sure that there is no ban 7 days after the password had been changed.

The "get" button will appear, and take you directly to the exchange on Steam.
The case / collection becomes unavailable if it does not contain all the items that are listed in the case / collection. This was done for the sake of honest randomness. Bots monitor trading platform and purchase the missing items all the time.
Bot cannot send you the item in the following cases:

- Full value of the item will be returned on your balance if you have not taken it for an hour.
